Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
• Maintain advanced cooking techniques (sauces, roasting, grilling, plating) and potentially work a station independently
• Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure quality and presentation
• Keep workstations clean and organized, maintain sanitary handling, storage and safety protocols
• Manage multiple tickets/orders, assist with training, and cover minor supervisory duties as needed
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations for guest and team member well-being
