Responsibilities

• Plans, monitors and assists with food production and ensure its quality and consistency during preparation and service execution.
• Provides exceptional guest service through careful execution and immaculate presentation of food and beverage.
• Monitors guest consumption levels and responds accordingly.
• Assists in kitchen operations and ensure culinary readiness for service.
• Assists in menu development with Banquet Chef as needed.
• Ensures all recipes are followed and kitchen equipment is maintained.
