Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push and pull heavy objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Good reading, writing and basic maths skills.
• Flexible with night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Compliant with local food handling laws and alcohol service requirements; fluent in local language.
• Articulate and customer-friendly communicator.

Responsibilities

• Make meals visually appealing and flavorful to meet high standards.
• Own and manage kitchen supplies and equipment; minimise waste.
• Report unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents to supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective gear.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to meet local laws.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Assist guests with queries and provide advice to enhance experience.
• Wear uniform with pride and represent the brand.
• Take on additional ad-hoc duties as needed.
