• Controls quality and consistency of all food served.
• Stores and handles food safely and properly.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all stations and menu items.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and cooks food with attention to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Responsible for the preparation of all banquet hot food items.
• Produces all orders quickly and to established quality standards.
• Performs sanitation and organization of work area including walk-ins and freezers.
• Assists in supervision and instruction of lower level cooks.
• Communicates with the chef to learn daily tasks and coordination.
