• Previous experience as a line cook in a fine dining or upscale kitchen.
• Strong foundational culinary skills in knife handling, sautéing, grilling and roasting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
