Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a professional kitchen (upscale, casual, or high-volume).
• Solid basic culinary skills: knife work, sautéing, grilling, roasting, and general station work.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures (Food Handler’s Card required or ability to obtain).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
• Maintain consistency and quality in all menu items
• Manage your station efficiently during service, including setup and breakdown
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures
• Assist with prep work for multiple stations as needed
• Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service
• Monitor inventory at your station and communicate replenishment needs
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment
• Support seasonal menu changes, events, and kitchen initiatives
• Uphold the resort’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork
• Perform other duties as assigned
