Job summary

Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC is seeking a kitchen Cook to support our Four Points by Sheraton Norwood hotel dining operations. The role involves prep, cooking, and food handling in a busy, high-volume banquet/catering setting, while ensuring sanitation and guest satisfaction.

At least 6 months of cooking experience and knowledge of cooking methods, knife skills, and cleanliness are required. A Culinary Arts Degree and ServSafe certification are preferred but not mandatory for consideration.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ of cooking experience in banquet/catering high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation, cooking methods (sautéing and grilling) and knife skills.
• Culinary Arts Degree and ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to food service operations by assisting in kitchen prep, cooking and storage.
• Deliver food products following legal standards and quality guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and professional demeanor at all times.
• Accommodate guests' special dietary requests with accuracy and care.
