Job Summary

Location: Kentucky International Convention Center

Prepares food and serves customers following all applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations. Responsibilities include:

1. Obtaining daily production schedules from the Chef.
2. Preparing items according to recipes and quantities.
3. Completing and following production worksheets and waste logs; tasting meals for quality.
4. Operating and cleaning equipment after use.
5. Storing, labeling, and dating food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
6. Completing documentation and reports as required.
7. Adhering to health and sanitation regulations.
8. Taking customer orders and preparing quick-serve items.
9. Serving customers efficiently and friendly.
10. Using approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and safety.
11. Resolving customer concerns and performing other duties as assigned.
