Four Points by Sheraton Norwood is seeking an attentive server to join our hospitality team. The role supports conference services by preparing and replenishing coffee breaks, managing break setups, and coordinating with F&B for group events.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of server experience in a restaurant setting, plus hotel/banquet exposure. Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude are essential for success in this fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a server in a restaurant environment.
• Hotel/banquet/bistro experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Able to handle difficult situations (e.g., disgruntled customers).
• Personable, friendly, and provide excellent customer service; professional posture.

Responsibilities

• Supply and maintain conference guest coffee breaks.
• Obtain BEO information for group break times, set up food and beverage offerings, and break down after conferences.
• Make coffee using commercial coffeemakers several times a day.
• Procure break items from bakery (yogurt, fruit, etc.) as instructed on the BEO.
• Observe and maintain all break areas and equipment.
• Stock and restock back-of-house supplies for continuous service.
