Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Chef to lead culinary operations for private and member events at our clubs. You will develop menus, prepare and present dishes, and ensure high standards of food quality, service, and safety while managing food and labor costs.

You will work with the Executive Chef and event staff to deliver memorable dining experiences, supervise banquet kitchen staff, and oversee budgeting, procurement, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Sous Chef experience in a professional kitchen.
• Valid Health & Sanitation certification per state regulations.
• Food service management certification as required by state law.
• A college degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead menu development and event execution for private events.
• Oversee food preparation, quality, and cost controls.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and labor reporting.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Hire, train, and develop banquet staff with input from leadership.
