You will work closely with the Executive Chef, event management, and service teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences in a fast-paced, luxury club setting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in banquet, catering, hotel, resort, country club or high-volume food service operations.
• Ability to execute large-scale food production with quality and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu execution, and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, handling, and temperature control procedures.
