Qualifications

• Able to execute events from small functions to large member events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute banquet menus and tastings.
• Manage production, service, and plate presentations.
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Lead and mentor the banquet culinary team.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B for events.
