Invited Clubs is seeking a Banquet Chef to lead culinary operations for private and member events, including weddings and corporate functions. You will develop menus, manage food preparation, and ensure top quality, presentation, and safety while controlling labor costs within budget.

Working with the Executive Chef and event staff, you’ll supervise banquet kitchen personnel and help recruit, train, and develop team members to meet high standards and member expectations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen environment.
• Valid Health & Sanitation certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Food service management certification, as required by state law.

Aufgaben

• Lead the creation, planning, and execution of menus for private events and weddings.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to ensure meal production meets high culinary standards.
• Control food costs and manage budgets for supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Analyze production reports to optimize cost and labor efficiency.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and coordination of kitchen tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Interact with members/guests to ensure exceptional service and feedback collection.
