Landry's, LLC. is seeking an experienced Banquet Chef at our Lake Tahoe venue to prepare food to menu and recipe standards, ensuring timely, high-quality service that reflects the brand values.

You will manage banquet stations, coordinate with F&B management, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen while adhering to health regulations and FIFO. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in hot and noisy environments
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Knowledge of food and beverage, products, preparation and presentation
• Computer skills: MS Office, Delphi, Meeting Matrix, Work, Excel
• Minimum age requirement is 21

Responsibilities

• Maintain uniform appearance according to guidelines
• Adhere to health regulations and policies
• Prepare foods to menu and recipe standards
• Stock assigned station and maintain organization
• Use proper food handling techniques and FIFO
• Present dishes per guidelines and garnishes
• Turnover station according to procedures
• Complete special projects from F&B Management
