Enchantment Resort seeks a seasoned Banquet Chef to lead the kitchen for high-end events. You will design and supervise banquet meals, coordinate with cooks, and ensure flawless execution from setup through service.

Minimum requirements include a culinary degree or equivalent, 4+ years in fine dining banquet settings, ServSafe certification, and strong leadership. Excellent communication and dexterity with managing inventories and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree from accredited culinary school or equivalent.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in a similar capacity in a full-service fine dining restaurant or four-star or higher hotel/resort.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising a team of 5 cooks or more.
• Must have current food handler’s certification or ServSafe.

Responsabilités

• Create and oversee banquet kitchen setup, mise en place, and event execution.
• Direct, coordinate and delegate responsibilities to kitchen staff to meet banquet goals daily.
• Oversee freshness and quality of all food products and supervise cooks during events.
• Lead training for new hires in banquet kitchen and ensure adherence to recipes.
• Manage inventory and ordering for upcoming banquet events; coordinate with departments.
