HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Lead to oversee service during banquet events at the Astor Crowne Plaza New Orleans. You will ensure accurate BEOs, proper room setups, and smooth coordination with catering and other departments to deliver a positive guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, hotel operations knowledge, and the ability to work under time constraints. Hotel experience is preferred, and attendance is essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead Banquet team in serving guests during banquet functions.
• Check BEOs and room setups for accuracy and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with catering and other departments for function timing.
• Operate as banquet server from setup to breakdown and recap checks.
• Know the menu and explain ingredients and preparation to guests.
• Ensure attendance and regular work availability.
