Castaway in Burbank is seeking a General Manager to lead all front-of-house and banquet operations, driving excellence in guest experience and financial performance. You will partner with culinary and events teams to uphold our elevated brand standards in a high-volume setting.

The role requires 5+ years in full-service restaurant management, at least 2 years as GM, and a proven track record in budgeting, staff leadership, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-service restaurant management, in a high-volume setting (over $18MM).
• Minimum 2 years in a General Manager role or above.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
• Knowledge of health regulations and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations and banquet operations.
• Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining high food, service, and ambiance standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a strong team.
• Develop strategies to drive sales and profitability.
