The role requires a proven track record in high-volume event management, strong leadership, and superb guest service. You will collaborate with culinary, sales, and operations, manage staffing and payroll, and drive continuous improvement in service standards and team culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banquet or event management experience in a high-volume venue.
• Strong leadership presence to motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing large-scale events and high guest counts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all banquet and event operations from setup to breakdown.
• Coach banquet captains, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and flawless event execution.
• Partner with culinary, sales, and operations to deliver weddings and corporate events.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, labor costs, and payroll accuracy.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide clear direction.
• Ensure health, safety, and alcohol service compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in service standards and culture.
