Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision—clean linens, polished silverware, and chip-free china.
• Coordinate the flow of service to ensure meals are served smoothly and on time.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver guest experiences from coffee breaks to full-service dinners.
• Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep operations running.
• Physical stamina is required for lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your shift.
