Atrium Hospitality is hiring at Huntsville Embassy Suites in Huntsville, AL for a Full-time Banquet Server role. You will set up and break down banquet events, coordinate service, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We value customer service, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including coordinating catering services and ensuring safety and compliance. Compensation starts at $16.50 per hour and goes up with experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience—because happy guests are the heart of hospitality.
• At least 6 months of banquet food service experience.
• Leadership potential or experience—you’re not afraid to guide a team.
• Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days).
• Physical stamina—lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision—clean linens, polished silverware, and chip-free china.
• Coordinate the flow of service like a pro, ensuring meals are served smoothly and on time.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full-service dinners.
• Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork.
