Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet, restaurant, catering, or hotel food & beverage preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand banquet event orders and room diagrams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
• Alcohol service certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate banquet staff during events.
• Review BEOs and ensure setup meets specifications and standards.
• Lead pre-event briefings and assign stations accordingly.
• Monitor service flow and address guest requests promptly.
• Coordinate meal service with culinary and other departments.
• Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of events and ensure safety and cleanliness.
