Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is seeking a Banquet Server to oversee banquet staff and ensure flawless execution of events. You will manage tasks, coordinate with multiple departments, and uphold high standards of service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction, with shifts that may include weekends and holidays to support events across our properties.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a banquet server in a full-service hotel preferred.
• Demonstrated hospitality and guest service focus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate activities of banquet staff to complete functions successfully.
• Ensure banquet event orders accuracy and adherence to Sonesta standards.
• Inspect function areas and maintain cleanliness of public areas at all times.
• Engage with group representatives to ensure guest satisfaction and communicate changes to departments.
• Monitor staffing levels and post banquet checks at end of day.

Two years of banquet server experience (preferred)
