Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff and oversee service and setup.
• Coordinate with banquet staff set-ups, changes, and schedules for all functions.
• Verify staffing levels for the next day's functions and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Operate as a banquet server when needed and assist with guest contact and service.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
