Qualifications

• Able to process paperwork.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Knowledge of table settings and service ware; knowledge of equipment and setup styles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff and oversee setup and service for functions.
• Coordinate with banquet staff on set-ups, changes, and schedules.
• Inspect banquet areas and ensure equipment is returned and areas are clean.
• Explain menu items and ingredients to guests when needed.
• Maintain safety, security, and appearance standards across the team.
