Qualifications

• Previous banquet, catering, restaurant, or event leadership experience.
• Able to read and execute from BEOs and event timelines.
• Strong bartending experience and comfortable jumping behind the bar when needed.
• Comfortable leading a team while working alongside them.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Open and flexible availability throughout the week.

Responsibilities

• Review the BEO and timeline with the event coordinator and culinary team.
• Organize staff and assign responsibilities across the event.
• Oversee service and assist with bartending when needed.
• Troubleshoot during the event and ensure the team finishes strong.
• Lead the room, stay calm under pressure, and keep the client satisfied.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and event cleanup.
