Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking a Banquet Captain to oversee day-of banquet operations, coordinating setup, timing, and service flow to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will lead banquet servers, assign sections, and support real-time service recovery while maintaining high standards.

The role requires experience in Food and Beverage with banquet/event planning, plus familiarity with casino/hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in Food and Beverage, with two (2) years of banquet or event planning.
• Familiarity with the casino, gaming, or hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of typical products, services, and customer demographics preferred.
• Six (6) months of experience in a lead or supervisory position preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site event coordination; ensure timing, setup, service flow, and guest experience.
• Review and proof BEOs and menus; update service teams with any changes.
• On-floor leadership: assign sections, coordinate pacing, train staff, model service.
• Support pre-shift through breakdown; resolve issues in real time; provide post-event feedback.
• Maintain inventory controls; ensure supplies and equipment are ready for events.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for smooth execution.
• Distribute event and property collateral; ensure brand consistency.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
