The Hilton Portland Downtown is seeking Banquet Bartenders to join their events team! Enjoy perks such as complimentary shift meals and room discounts at Hilton hotels worldwide for you and your family.

Shift Pattern:

Varying shifts, union position, shift requests made a few weeks in advance.

Hourly Rate:

$17.65 plus tip pool.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of bartending experience; banquet experience preferred.
• Current OLCC and Food Handlers certifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Mix and garnish beverages per recipes and standards.
• Serve beverages and food to guests.
• Check IDs and serve alcohol in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Handle payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Stock and maintain the bar, including beverages, supplies, and perishables.
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests as needed.
