Guest Service Agent (Part Time Overnight) - Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Downtown

The historic Embassy Suites Portland Downtown hotel is seeking a Part Time, Overnight Guest Service Agent to join the Front Desk team. If you have customer service experience and a passion for hospitality, apply today! Shift Pattern: Open overnight availability required, typically 2 shifts per week, overnight schedule.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Hotel and reservations system experience a plus
  • Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests, complete registration, and assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing room keys.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local area, and answer guest inquiries.
  • Use upselling techniques to promote hotel amenities and maximize occupancy.
  • Respond to guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and handle complaints professionally.
  • Relay messages and assist guests as needed.
