Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of experience handling Pennsylvania creditors' rights matters, including bankruptcy, workouts, foreclosures, receiverships, and judgment enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Represent borrowers, guarantors, secured lenders, creditors, trustees, and other stakeholders in commercial and consumer bankruptcy proceedings.
• Handle workouts, foreclosure litigation, receiverships, preference litigation, and fraudulent transfer actions.
