Qualifikationen

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Washington bar in good standing (or eligible to waive).
• 4–8 years representing bankruptcy, restructuring or creditors' rights litigation.

Aufgaben

• Represent lenders, creditors, landlords, debtors and stakeholders in bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency matters.
• Handle loan workouts, restructurings and distressed asset matters.
• Manage creditors' rights litigation including enforcement actions, receiverships and foreclosures.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice in high‑stakes litigation.
• Advise on insolvency strategies and risk management for clients.
