Job Juncture seeks an Associate Attorney for its Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Litigation Practice Group in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on complex restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy matters representing lenders, creditors, landlords, and debtors in both litigation and transactional contexts.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, active Washington bar admission (or eligibility to waive), and 4–8 years of bankruptcy experience, including Chapter 11/15 and related

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington in good standing (or eligible to waive).
• Admission in Oregon and/or California is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, creditors, landlords, debtors in bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency matters.
• Handle loan workout negotiations, restructuring transactions, and distressed asset matters.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice in bankruptcy-related disputes.
• Advise clients on insolvency, restructuring, bankruptcy, and risk management strategies.
• Assist with acquisitions of distressed assets and corporate workouts.
