Responsibilities

• Perform paralegal support assignments in bankruptcy cases under Title 11 with specialized knowledge.
• Provide legal assistance and technical work for Chapters 7, 11, and 13.
• Manage form content and processing of legal documents and case information.
• Provide trial and deposition support, organize exhibits, and conduct legal research.
• Verify citations, format documents, and proofread.
• Review petitions, schedules, and statements to identify fraud or abuse.
• Draft pleadings and attend case review meetings.
• Monitor case progress and ensure pleadings, forms, reports, and correspondence are prepared.
• Draft simple motions/complaints objecting to discharge.
• Maintain and organize multiple case-management systems and provide admin support.
• Travel as required for field office or region.
