Job summary

You will collaborate with Litigation, Foreclosure, and Loss Mitigation teams, maintain accurate records, and support special projects. An Associates degree is preferred with 0-2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and update bankruptcy information daily.
• Research accounts using PACER, AIS, trustee sites and internal systems.
• Prepare and file Proofs of Claim and Transfers of Claim with bankruptcy courts.
• Monitor payments per bankruptcy plan and document all correspondence.
• Coordinate with trustee, debtor’s attorney, or debtor as appropriate.
• Identify issues for potential legal actions and liaise with Litigation/Foreclosure teams.
• Conduct discharge reviews for lien releases and post-bankruptcy adjustments.
