Jobot is recruiting in Winston-Salem, NC for an attorney with bankruptcy and restructuring expertise. The role involves representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 12 cases, and handling all discovery, pleadings, and briefing needs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the firm’s representation of debtors and creditors in corporate restructurings, workouts, distressed asset and debt acquisitions, and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Handle all aspects of discovery from start to finish.
• Draft and file pleadings and briefs.
• Review and interpret developments at the state and national level regarding bankruptcies and research law and regulations.
• Assist in the firm’s mass tort bankruptcy team, including litigation.
