Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join our Dallas bankruptcy and creditors’ rights team. You will work on sophisticated Chapter 11 and restructuring matters for corporate debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders, with a growing Dallas bench to meet active caseload.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of bankruptcy experience, strong drafting skills for motions, objections, plans, and disclosure statements, and excellent written and oral communication.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of bankruptcy experience (debtor, creditor, trustee, or mixed).
• Experience drafting core pleadings (motions, objections, plans, disclosure statements) and supporting hearings.
• Familiarity with restructuring support agreements, DIP financing, or asset sales is a plus.
• Strong analytical writing and client communication skills.
• Texas bar (or eligibility/intent to obtain).
