Jobot is seeking a dynamic Permanent Bankruptcy Attorney to join our thriving legal team in Florida. This role focuses on Chapter 11 reorganizations, creditors' rights, and insolvency litigation for a diverse client base.

You will represent creditors, debtors, and trustees, draft pleadings and motions, negotiate matters, and provide strategic guidance on restructuring. A strong background in bankruptcy law and commercial litigation is required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar status in good standing.
• Minimum 5+ years of bankruptcy-related experience in counsel, partner, or restructuring roles.
• Proven expertise in Chapter 11, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent creditors, debtors, and trustees in Chapter 11 and related bankruptcy matters.
• Provide expert insolvency guidance and strategic restructuring advice.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and court filings.
• Negotiate settlements and manage adversary proceedings to favorable outcomes.
• Conduct thorough legal research on complex bankruptcy issues.
• Oversee distressed debt transactions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Attend court appearances and advocate effectively for clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case handling.
