Job summary

Capgemini Invent in New York is seeking a Vice President to lead Banking client relationships across North America, shaping strategy and delivering measurable value. You will own senior client relationships, originate and sell complex engagements, and oversee multi-disciplinary delivery programs.

This senior leadership role requires deep Banking credibility, executive presence, and the ability to drive growth while coaching diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading relationships with large Financial Services clients and managing programs.
• Proven track record of originating, selling, and delivering multi-year transformation initiatives for banking clients.
• Experience in multi-workstream, multi-vendor delivery and navigating matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships and growth across Banking accounts in North America.
