Job summary

Accenture Strategy is seeking a manager to lead commercial banking strategy engagements, including growth strategy, operating model design, client experience, pricing, and digital transformation. You will mentor junior team members and guide AI-enabled engagement delivery to drive practical outcomes.

You will work with senior leaders across banking clients, translating complex analytics into strategic actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Strategy consulting experience from a consulting firm, or internal Strategy equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Banking, Capital Markets, and Payment institutions at the intersection of Business and Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering analytics or digital technology projects for commercial banking or financial services clients.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs, including at least one in banking or financial services.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing consulting or project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of commercial banking strategy engagements, focusing on growth strategy, operating model design, and digital transformation with actionable outcomes.
• Lead teams to deliver business, operations, and technology strategy solutions for banking clients.
• Build relationships with senior client leaders to create strategic solutions and strengthen Accenture’s advisory role.
• Advise clients on market growth, client segmentation, relationship management, lending, treasury, and payments strategy.
