Job summary

West Monroe’s Banking practice is growing, focusing on business and technology projects in commercial lending, treasury management, M&A, and risk/regulatory compliance. You will tailor solutions, mentor junior consultants, and help grow the practice while advancing your career at West Monroe.

You will work with business and technology executives to solve key problems, develop operating models, and implement the related platforms and analytics tools, while managing change for clients in financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 3-5+ combined years of Financial Services industry and professional services consulting experience including Client delivery.
• Commercial Lending experience within the Financial Services industry is desired.
• Strong quantitative analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills to be able to work with Client representatives at all levels.
• Experience managing / leading the work of others is required.
• Experience estimating project work effort, cost, and identifying and mitigating project risks, and managing project financials desired.
• Experience effectively leading organizations or teams through change.
• Recent experience or proficiency with financial services industry projects desired.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
