Job summary

You'll rotate through operations and Sales & Service, work with various partners, and participate in the consumer loan and bankcard processes while maintaining high ethical standards and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell existing customers.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures for sound judgment in decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and cross-sell solutions.
• Reach out to customers using CAMP and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
