Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years banking and/or learning and development experience.
• Proven presentation, curriculum development and delivery skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Advanced decision making and reporting skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of bank operations, policies, and regulations.
• Proficient with Zoom (or other virtual tools) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Training Director and management to identify policies, procedures, regulations and technology needs; design programs to meet them.
• Communicate training needs and performance with managers and supervisors.
• Coordinate all training (instructor-led, computer-based, webcasts, conferences, etc.).
• Facilitate training sessions (instructor-led, webcast, on-the-job, etc.).
• Maintain training history and program evaluation records.
• Administer the learning management system to register, assign, and evaluate curricula.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
