Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to bank facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand policies, procedures, regulations and initiatives to design training programs.
• Coordinate instructor-led, e-learning and live trainings.
• Facilitate trainings and evaluate attendee performance.
• Maintain training records and reports on attendance and outcomes.
• Administer the learning management system and track curriculum.
