Job summary

Renasant Bank is seeking a Training Facilitator/Coordinator to design, implement, and evaluate training programs across technical, regulatory, and policy areas. You will deliver programs to all levels of staff and adapt to diverse learning styles.

The role requires strong facilitation, presentation, and planning skills, plus the ability to travel to bank facilities as needed. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and banking experience valued.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to diverse audiences.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with learning management systems.
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives, and technology. Assess training needs and develop programs to match these needs.
• Effectively communicate with managers about training needs and performance of bank associates.
• Coordinate all training (instructor-led, e-learning, webcasts, schools, conferences).
• Facilitate training sessions (instructor-led, webcast, on-the-job).
• Maintain training history records and reports (course content, attendees, evaluation results).
• Administer the learning management software to register, assign, and evaluate employee learning curriculum.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
