Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of banking and/or learning and development experience.
• Proven presentation, curriculum development/delivery, and facilitation skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Advanced decision making and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial institution operations, policies and procedures, and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Training Director to understand policies, procedures, regulations, and initiatives; assess training needs and develop programs.
• Communicate with managers about training needs and performance of bank associates.
• Coordinate all training for the Bank (instructor-led, e-learning, webcasts, etc.).
• Facilitate training sessions (instructor-led, virtual, on-the-job).
• Maintain training history records and reports (content, attendees, evaluations, vendors).
• Administer the learning management software for registration, assignments, and evaluation of curricula.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
