Job summary

IncredibleBank is seeking a Business Technology Manager to lead enterprise applications, systems, and technology initiatives that align with business objectives. This role focuses on delivering impactful technology strategies, improving customer experience, and ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

The position is on-site in Wausau, WI, full-time exempt, averaging ~40 hours/week. The candidate will coach a high-performing team and report on performance and risks to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required; Graduate School of Banking or advanced industry education preferred.
• Working knowledge of banking operations and financial services processes preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in Bank Technology, Data Analytics, or Project/Program Management.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial acumen with ability to drive results.
• Experience with SDLC, APIs, cloud technologies, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise applications, systems, and technology initiatives to drive innovation and exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and execute enterprise technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead management, security, compliance, and risk across technology operations.
• Foster innovation and adoption of emerging technologies to improve performance and customer outcomes.
• Provide reporting to Management and the Board on technology performance and risks.
