Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of direct experience with project lead responsibilities, or eight or more years of related experience.
• Experience with project management techniques and testing processes.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and analytical tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology expert for assigned applications and drive system support and enhancements.
• Partner with business teams to research, analyze, develop, implement, and monitor new or enhanced systems.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams and external partners to support releases and implementations.
• Support projects through all phases, from planning and testing to deployment and post-implementation monitoring.
