Job summary

Whitefish Credit Union is seeking a Systems Analyst to join the IT Business Solutions Team. The role acts as Product Owner for assigned banking applications, managing configuration, release management, vendor coordination, automation, and Tier 3 support.

You will collaborate with Business Units, Business Analysts, Software Development, Infrastructure, and vendors to design, configure, enhance, and support core banking systems that meet business and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in related field.
• 5+ years US banking/financial operational experience.
• 5+ years technical analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner for assigned enterprise applications and manage lifecycles.
• Administer, configure, and maintain banking applications and integrations.
• Lead release management, vendor coordination, and automation efforts.
• Provide Tier 3 support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in system testing, UAT, and change management.
