Job summary

Whitefish Credit Union is seeking a Systems Analyst to join the Business Solutions IT team as the technical owner for banking systems. You will oversee product ownership, configuration, automation, and Tier 3 support, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role includes designing enhancements, managing releases, and ensuring system availability and security across core, lending, and operations systems. Travel to branches and on-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of banking/financial ops experience preferred.
• Experience with enterprise banking software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner for enterprise applications, managing lifecycles and priorities.
• Administer, configure, and maintain banking applications, including security and integrations.
• Design and support automation and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Lead release management activities and coordinate vendor relations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Dev teams on system enhancements.
• Provide Tier 3 support and on-call coverage; mentor teammates.
• Develop technical documentation and functional specs for developers.
