Job summary

Whitefish Credit Union is seeking a Systems Analyst to own enterprise banking systems, serve as SME, and manage product lifecycles. The role partners with IT, Business Analysts, and vendors to design, configure, and support applications meeting regulatory requirements.

The position covers Release management, automation, and cross-team support within the Business Solutions Team, with on-site responsibilities across multiple banking domains including Core and Lending systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in related field.
• Strong technical aptitude with enterprise banking applications.
• Experience administering, configuring, and supporting complex software systems.
• Ability to write clear functional and technical specifications.
• Travel to branch locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for assigned enterprise applications and manage lifecycles.
• Provide Tier 3 application support and coordinate with vendors.
• Configure and automate banking applications and workflows.
• Lead release management and vendor coordination for smooth deployments.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, IT, and vendors on requirements and improvements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning for assigned systems.
