Job summary

You will develop system and functional requirements, assess technologies, and create detailed test cases, collaborating with end users to identify incidents and drive resolutions

Qualifications

• Technical bank operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of project management with MS Project, bank operations, HR systems, bank products, and loans.
• Experience with user acceptance testing methodologies and process development.

Responsibilities

• Define and analyze system problems, design and test standards and solutions.
